USP&E Talks Conakry Power Plant Project in Germany

USP&E team members met with representatives from Man Diesel and Turbo, Asperbras and Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI) to discuss the general provision, labor and scope of a power plant project in Guinea. The meetings were held in Augsburg, Germany at MAN, a multinational company that produces power plant applications and the employer of the late Rudolph Diesel— the inventor of the first diesel engine.

The purpose of the meeting was to clarify each of the company’s responsibilities and roles in the construction of phases two and three of the three-phase power plant project— Tombo 1, Tombo 2 and Kipe in Conakry, Guinea.
